Customer Support Engineer
Description
Trufina is seeking a Customer Support Engineer who can work directly with Trufina's development team, management, partners, and customers as they develop, test, deploy, and manage Trufina's products. This engineer should possess knowledge of technologies like web servers, application servers, and databases.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in a technical field, with specific software development training or equivalent work place experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
- Experience with web based customer support tracking systems
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize customer issues based on various business criteria.
- Ability to work in a variety of customer situations (phone support, email correspondence).
- Solid desktop software skills/experience, including the following applications: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Mozilla Firefox, and Adobe Acrobat.
- High resourcefulness and attention to detail.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a startup or other high-growth, fast-changing businesses a must.
- Must be a self-starter and self-sufficient.

Compensation
Salary is very competitive and is commensurate with experience. Compensation also includes bonus opportunities, and equity.
