The Hiring Process

Our hiring process is fair, non-discriminatory, competitive and most importantly, quick. It is also considered more of a casual yet interactive session for candidates and employers to get to know each other. On the one hand, we strive to find exceptional employees who share our commitment to excel, while on the other hand, we also try to ensure that your interests are served.

 

Our hiring process typically includes the following steps:

 

  • The first round is typically conducted over the phone where one of our managers will try to gauge your skill set as per the requirements of the position at hand without delving into the details and provide additional information about the company. This round also provides the candidate with the opportunity to envision work at Trufina, inquire about its services and the team.

  • The second round involves the candidate travelling to our office and meeting with prospective team members and managers. This would help the candidate meet the people "behind the curtains" in Trufina. In this round, the candidate's technical and behavioral aspects will be examined further.

  • After successfully completing the first and second rounds of the interview process, a reference check is performed by the manager. Usual contacts include former employers, professors and colleagues.

  • Once the reference check is completed successfully to the Manager's satisfaction, an offer is extended to the candidate along with the terms and benefits of the position.
